Why do we need to introduce to customers how to make the hair extension products? Because only when customers know the process of making this product, they will know why the products they buy from different factories have different prices and different qualities.

The process of producing Tape In hair mainly controls two procedures.

The first is to brush the glue strip evenly, ensuring that the hair is fully soaked in glue to fix the hair best;

The second is to brush the glue multiple times to ensure that the hair will not fall off during daily use by customers. We need to brush each Tape In hair 8 times, and after each brushing, it needs to be put into a low-temperature furnace to completely dry the glue before the next brushing.

In order to save labor costs and time costs, some factories will reduce the times of brushing glue. This is prone to hair falling problems.

After brushing the glue, we will stick the double-sided tape on it. The double-sided tape we generally use is in accordance with customer requirements, and there are different brands to choose from: Walker Blue Tape, Walker White Tape, Germany TATA Brown Tape.

After the double-sided tape is pasted, we cut a whole strip of Tape In hair into different sizes according to the customer’s order requirements, Such like mini Tape In Hair in 2cm, 3cm, Regular Size Tape In Hair in 4cm; Wide size Tape In Hair in 10cm, or keep the long strip as weft.

This completes the production of Tape hair. And then we will pack according to customers.
